Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team at Rogers. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, promoting our products and services, and driving sales growth in our stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance the retail experience by providing best-in-class service and value-added solutions to customers
  • Promote Rogers and Fido brands, including Rogers Mastercard
  • Engage and grow customer base through personalized communication and outreach
  • Participate in community events and outreach efforts to support local small businesses
  • Operate with a creative spirit and adapt to an ever-changing environment
