About the Role:

Giant Tiger is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Softgoods Associate to join our team in Grand Falls. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of store appearance, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Accurately process customer transactions, maintain accurate records, and replenish merchandise as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to Giant Tiger's visual merchandising standards
  • Perform cycle counts, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
