About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team at Rogers. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, promoting our products and services, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide best-in-class customer service and support to customers in our stores
  • Promote Rogers and Fido brands, including Rogers Mastercard
  • Engage and grow customer base through personalized communication and outreach
  • Participate in community events and outreach efforts to support local small businesses
  • Operate with a creative spirit and adapt to an ever-changing environment

What to Expect

Candidates will be required to complete an online assessment as a next step. If you are selected to move forward in the process, our recruitment team will reach out to you to discuss the position further. A pre-employment background check will be conducted, and all candidates must clear a criminal/credit background check and ID verification.

Work Location: 375-180 Madawaska Rd. (125), Grand-Sault/Grand Falls, NB
Travel Requirements: Up to 100%
