We are seeking a Senior Consultant based in our Toronto office to join our Professional Search practice. You will join a growing, collaborative team with the potential to grow your career. Our practice focuses on a retained search model for Director-level roles and above.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Practice Partners and client organizations in the delivery of search mandates, including search strategy development, industry research, candidate outreach and assessment, and regular reporting.
  • Develop and communicate deep functional and/or industry expertise, across a range of geographies, industries and roles.
  • Develop and assess candidates while building strong relationships, interact with clients, and build substantive depth in various practices to help recruit high-performing leaders.
  • Optimize client development skills with support from leadership to foster existing relationships and build strong client interactions and credibility.

Education and Experience:

  • University or college graduate or commensurate experience, with a minimum of 5+ years' experience in a search or talent acquisition role
  • Self-starter, with the ability to plan, develop, and manage multiple projects independently and in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Natural curiosity and entrepreneurial mindset, strong business acumen, results-oriented, detail-oriented, and professional presentation.
  • Strong ability to build relationships, communicate succinctly, and read nonverbal and social cues.
  • Desire to build your career, with an interest in future client development and engagement responsibilities.
