Job Description

This role involves delivering safe, quality resident care and assignments, including the delivery and reporting of activities of daily living. As a member of our team, you will work in a social model environment, focusing on teamwork and using initiative and good judgment to carry out various nursing duties as assigned by the Care Manager or designate.

You will have the opportunity to work with families, guardians, and professional groups, providing high-quality care for residents with multiple complex needs in a high-stress environment. Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication in both written and verbal English are essential for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Active registration to practice as a Licensed Practice Nurse
