Senior Campaign Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Campaign Director to lead our comprehensive campaign, driving fundraising efforts and advancing our mission to deliver exceptional healthcare services to our community.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a robust campaign strategy, leveraging various channels to achieve multi-million-dollar fundraising goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and cultivate key donors, ensuring successful execution of the campaign.
- Lead a team of fundraising professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive campaign objectives.
- Work closely with the Donor Experience Team to develop stewardship plans and recognition processes for top donors.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and ethical standards related to fundraising.
- Progressive senior-level fundraising experience, with a proven track record of major gift development and campaign leadership.
- Strong donor relationship management skills, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to think strategically, manage competing priorities, and lead through influence.
- Exceptional communication, writing, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively.
- Well-developed business acumen, with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and project management.
