Payroll and Finance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll and Finance Specialist to join our team at Smart Kitchen Tech Inc. This is a permanent full-time position with a salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience.
About the RoleThe Payroll and Finance Specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate payroll records, processing payrolls, and preparing financial statements. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate payroll records and process payrolls in a timely manner
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
- Store, update, and retrieve financial data as needed
- Perform clerical duties, such as maintaining filing systems and performing data entry
- Compile statistics and reports as required
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in QuickBooks, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Windows
