Ontario Inc is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.
Job SummaryThe Financial Planning Specialist will be responsible for identifying clients' financial objectives, analyzing their financial records, and developing personalized financial plans. They will also supervise staff, make recommendations concerning cash management and investment planning, and assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits.
Key Responsibilities- Identify clients' financial goals and develop tailored financial plans
- Analyze clients' financial records to provide accurate financial advice
- Supervise staff and ensure that they are meeting client needs
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products and services
- Assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits
- College diploma or equivalent in finance or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a financial planning or related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
