Administrative Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Winnipeg. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including word processing, filing, and faxing. You will also handle telephone calls, receive and direct visitors, and support diverse projects for other employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete word processing, filing, and faxing tasks
  • Handle telephone calls and respond to inquiries
  • Receive and direct visitors to the appropriate team members
  • Support diverse projects for other employees, including bookkeeping and invoicing
Requirements:
  • QuickBooks experience required
  • Invoice experience
  • Deep understanding of superior customer service
  • Construction experience is an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills
  • At least 1 year of administrative assistant experience
