Key Responsibilities:
  • Claims Administration: Investigate and assess bodily injury claims, ensuring accurate and timely processing of benefits.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to claimants, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams, including claims and customer service, to ensure seamless processing of claims.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with claimants, service providers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates on claim status.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze complex claim information, exercising sound judgment and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and make informed decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Thirty credit hours of post-secondary education in business administration, management, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Two years of related customer service and/or administrative office experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a concise and straightforward manner.
  • Professionalism: Demonstrate a professional balance between customer/claimant and organizational needs, maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
