Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Benefits Administrator to provide exceptional service and support to our valued clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, investigating complex issues, and providing timely resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and insurance companies
  • Provide day-to-day management of client requests and claim activities
  • Interact with clients, advisors, and plan members to provide information and support
  • Manage client enrollments, terminations, and amendments
  • Provide benefit plan administration training and support
  • Maintain security and confidentiality of client information

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in the group benefits industry
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize client needs
