Responsibilities- Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure they meet our quality expectations
- Inspect sites or facilities to guarantee compliance with health and safety regulations and cleanliness standards
- Coordinate work activities with other departments to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Establish work schedules and manage staff resources effectively
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the facilities maintenance industry
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate, with relevant training or certifications a plus
- Familiarity with fast-paced environments, tight deadlines, and repetitive tasks
- A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications
- Dental and healthcare plans, as well as group insurance benefits
- Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) contributions
- Permanent position with 35 hours of work per week
