Clinical Care Specialist Role at Mount Sinai Hospital
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Care Specialist - Orthopaedics and ENT to support our North, Orthopaedics, ENT, Oral Surgery unit at Mount Sinai Hospital. This fast-paced bed inpatient surgical unit provides excellent care to patients recovering from Reconstructive Orthopaedic, ENT, Oral Surgery, and Ophthalmology surgeries.
Our passionate staff consists of highly trained and dedicated nurses who exhibit professionalism, teamwork, and respect. As we strive to deliver high-calibre patient and family-centred care, our staff demonstrate what excellence in nursing really is.
Key Requirements:
- Current certificate of registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Current BCLS
- BScN (preferred)
- CNA Certification in Medical Surgical or Orthopaedic Nursing (preferred)
- Commitment to professional practice and personal development
- Commitment to shared leadership and team-based decision making
- Demonstrated excellent critical thinking, decision making, and problem-solving skills
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills in relation to working with patients and families
- Commitment to patient and family-centred care
- Demonstrated satisfactory work performance and attendance history
Compensation Package
The estimated salary range for this position is $94,000 - $124,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our compensation package includes comprehensive benefits, opportunities for professional growth, and a supportive work environment.
