Job Title: Landscaping Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Deca Horticultural Service Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and directing grounds maintenance, organizing and directing construction of decks and decorative or retaining walls, and maintaining work records and logs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance
  • Organize and direct construction of decks and decorative or retaining walls
  • Maintain work records and logs
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Establish work schedules and procedures

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in landscaping or a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling. The work will involve handling heavy loads and working under pressure.
