JAWANDA LANDSCAPING LTD. is seeking a skilled Landscaping Foreman/Woman to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Landscaping Foreman/Woman to oversee the planning, organization, and execution of landscaping projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in horticulture, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficient project completion.
  • Organize the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Schedule events, programs, and activities to maximize project impact.
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance, including labor and material estimation.
  • Supervise landscape construction work, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
Work Environment

Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
