About the RoleAs a Manager, Corporate Security, you will be responsible for developing and executing province-wide security strategies, including risk assessments and policy development. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential threats, ensuring the effective implementation of security measures.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute corporate security strategies, including risk assessments and policy development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential threats.
- Establish key performance indicators and service level agreements to drive security program performance.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and best practices related to corporate security.
- Bachelor's degree in law, law enforcement, business, or public administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of recent experience in asset or building management within a leadership capacity.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills.
- Knowledge of investigative strategies and ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion.
