Job Title: Senior Communication Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Communication Strategist to join our team at Namaste Canada Visa Services ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to promote our services and build strong relationships with our clients.

About the Role:
  • This is a permanent position, requiring a minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • You will work 32 hours per week, with a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience.
  • Your primary language of work will be English.
Responsibilities:
  1. Evaluate and develop communication strategies to meet our business objectives.
  2. Oversee the preparation of public written materials, including reports, briefs, and website content.
  3. Prepare written material such as reports, briefs, and website content to communicate our services effectively.
  4. Perform administrative tasks, including maintaining digital databases and managing online marketing campaigns.
  5. Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products.
  6. Act as a spokesperson for our organization, representing us in various forums and events.
  7. Answer written and oral inquiries from clients and stakeholders.
  8. Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other promotional materials.
  9. Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions to raise awareness about our services.
  10. Gather, research, and prepare communications material to support our marketing efforts.
  11. Initiate and maintain contact with media representatives to secure press coverage.
  12. Prepare and deliver educational, publicity, and information programs, materials, and sessions to our clients.
  13. Design market research questionnaires to gather insights on our target audience.
  14. Develop feasibility studies to evaluate the effectiveness of our marketing strategies.
  15. Conduct online marketing, E-commerce, and website promotions to reach a wider audience.
  16. Develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  17. Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, or symposia to showcase our expertise.
Requirements:
  • You must have excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
  • You should be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • You will need to possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
