About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Creative Strategist to lead the development and execution of innovative live sports campaigns for our global blue-chip advertisers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Sales team on pitch decks and client presentations, highlighting the value proposition of our brand sponsorships program.
  • Ideate and develop impactful creative concepts for multiple brands across various ad verticals, leveraging your expertise in live sports broadcasting and program management.
  • Partner with Design team to create engaging ad units (video, static, animation, interactive) that drive results and meet client objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end workflows, including work-back scheduling, asset collection, ad approvals, and production handoffs, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Work closely with 3P production vendors to develop original video/phot shoots that exceed client expectations.
  • Oversee talent negotiations, including fees, contracts, and scheduling, to ensure successful project execution.
About the Team

The Brand Innovation Lab (BIL) is an internal group within Amazon Ads that creates one-of-a-kind campaigns and activations for global advertisers. Our team uses Amazon's diverse platforms (Alexa, Twitch, Prime Video) to connect brands and customers in innovative ways, reaching millions of Amazon shoppers worldwide.

Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of experience in live sports broadcasting with a background in program management.
  • Strong client relationship and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of brand marketing and in-game ad formats (standard and traditional).
  • Experience managing a team and/or senior project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong understanding of live sports production workflows.
  • Knowledge of CTV and related ad CX, formats, delivery, and measurement.
  • Creative conceptual thinking and design acumen (familiarity with Adobe CC).
  • Strong copywriting skills.
