We are seeking a talented Creative Visual Strategist to join our team and contribute to our mission of making a difference in the health industry by creating engaging visual content and communication materials with creative insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create visual materials to support marketing, branding, and communications strategies for our products and services, including promotional/educational materials and conference materials.
  • Develop engaging multimedia content for email campaigns and social media platforms.
  • Work closely with marketing, commercial, and medical teams to ensure designs align with strategic goals and compliance standards.

Requirements:

  • Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
  • Experience creating modular design components for use in templates.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, including commitment to following brand and defined standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of professional experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
  • Understanding of design regulations in the healthcare industry, including compliance with Health Canada standards.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, visual arts, or a related field.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
