About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Marketing Strategist to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns that drive business growth and increase brand awareness. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional projects, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and analyzing market trends to inform our marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies
  • Lead cross-functional projects to launch new marketing initiatives
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on marketing objectives
  • Manage Budgets and Resources
  • Ensure timely and within-budget execution of marketing campaigns
  • Maintain High-Quality Content
  • Develop engaging content to support marketing campaigns
  • Measure and Optimize Performance
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign success
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends
  • Attend industry conferences and workshops to stay current on best practices
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a senior role
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics
What We Offer

North Blue Jay offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) matching program.
