Family Support Network Leader

Wood's Homes is a leading mental health centre dedicated to building good mental health and well-being in communities. We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Team Leader to join our Family Support Network team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Family Support Network, ensuring high-quality services and adherence to Health and Safety Management System requirements.
- Recruit, supervise, and develop front-line staff, including monitoring staff hours and authorizing records.
- Provide case management services, liaise with families, referral services, and communities, and participate in meetings and conferences as necessary.
- Assume financial accountability for petty cash, cottage books, and direct client costs, and ensure Licensing requirements are met.
- Complete required health and safety training and report workplace hazards and incidents to the direct supervisor.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Social Sciences, Child and Youth Care, Child Studies, or Addictions.
- Minimum of four (4) years' experience working with young people and families.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, theoretical understanding of milieu therapy, and critical thinking skills.
- Personal suitability and ability to work in a diverse and inclusive environment.
