Site Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Operations Manager to join our team at Build It Back.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects on site, ensuring health and safety regulations are followed, and overseeing the co-ordination of activities.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with strong leadership skills and experience in construction site management.
Responsibilities:- Supervise workers and projects on site
- Evaluate and implement measures to improve productivity and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Co-ordinate and schedule activities
- Estimate costs and materials
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in construction site management
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings
- Leadership skills with experience in leading individuals
- Estimated salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per annum
- Opportunity to work outdoors and in a dynamic environment
