Job Summary

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced laborers to join our team as a Construction Site Laborer. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to construction site work, including loading and unloading materials, assisting skilled tradespersons, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Loading and unloading construction materials
  • Erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assisting medical examiners, aligning pipes during pipeline construction, drilling and blasting rock, framing houses, erecting walls, building roofs, leveling earth, paving and raking asphalt, demolishing buildings, cleaning and piling salvaged materials, cleaning up chemical spills, removing rubble, tending or feeding machines, directing traffic, performing emergency roadside repairs, and cleaning and maintaining sidewalks, streets, roads, and public grounds
  • Working under pressure in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, and possessing manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and accurate skills

Requirements

  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required; training provided
  • Experience in construction site laboring, willing to train others
  • Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks in outdoor environments
