At Regal Nails Salon and Spa, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill our Nail Salon Supervisor position. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the salon, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations, exercising sound judgment and taking prompt action to resolve issues.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, maintaining a high level of technical proficiency.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, highlighting accomplishments and areas for improvement.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, managing inventory and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of workers, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures, streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role within the beauty industry.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with regular breaks to maintain a high level of energy and productivity.

Language

English is the primary language of communication within the salon, and the successful candidate must be fluent in English to communicate effectively with staff and clients.
