Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at Regal Nails Salon and Spa. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our salon, supervising staff, and maintaining exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Customer Service: Assist clients with special needs, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of 5-10 workers, train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Operations: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, prepare and submit progress reports.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in new skills and procedures, review work schedules and procedures, and establish work schedules.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, and teamwork.
