- Communication and Customer Service: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, answer electronic enquiries, and provide excellent customer service to our clients.
- Work Environment and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail in a repetitive task-oriented role.
- Personal Suitability: Demonstrate ability to multitask, be organized, reliable, adaptable, and dependable in a team environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: English language proficiency.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
