Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Wireless Network Lead for projects starting in November 2024. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting wireless networks (i.e., Cisco Wireless, Meraki, Aruba, etc) in an enterprise environment. Previous experience in a technical leadership role is required to manage network engineers and large-scale wireless projects.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of wireless networks in an enterprise environment.
  • Manage a team of network engineers and lead large-scale wireless projects.
  • Conduct wireless site surveys and use tools such as Ekahau.
  • Maintain and improve the security and performance of wireless networks.
  • Develop and implement wireless network strategies and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting wireless networks in an enterprise environment.
  • 4+ years of experience in a technical leadership role.
  • Active industry certifications (e.g., CCNP Wireless) are an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills in English are required.
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada.
