Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team of professionals who deliver exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our clients.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.
In this remote position, you will represent Tecnet Canada and be expected to maintain a professional demeanor while working on phone and video calls.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-level support for client service requests, ensuring timely and effective resolutions
- Respond to escalated tickets from clients, demonstrating proactive service management and prioritization
- Triage call queues and prioritize calls based on SLA or urgency
- Communicate ticket updates and status to end-users in a clear and respectful manner
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Post-secondary technical certificate, diploma, or applicable experience
- A+ certification or equivalent experience
- MCSA or MCP certifications desired but not required
- Solid experience in using and modifying TCP/IP and other networking technologies
- Excellent knowledge of Windows operating systems, Mac OS, and Linux
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated respect for confidentiality and professional codes of conduct
