About the Role

Interior Health Authority is seeking an experienced Leadership and Organizational Development Consultant to join our team on a full-time term basis in Kelowna. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the successful execution of strategic portfolio business functions, change, and team development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide integrated organization and change consulting services to support portfolio imperatives, strategic goals, and business needs.
  • Design, facilitate, and assess the effectiveness of learning and educational programs in leadership, change, and managerial functions.
  • Support team development and isolate team dynamics for interventions.
  • Provide consulting services for the successful integration of province-wide initiatives.
  • Develop and implement leadership and change development, mentoring, e-learning, engagement, and coaching services/programs across Interior Health.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of five to seven years of experience as an internal or external Organization Development or Change Consultant, Leadership/Learning Specialist/Consultant.
  • Coaching and/or behavioral/organizational systems certificate preferred.
  • Strong consulting and coaching skills, with a focus on client service and thought leadership.
