Paper Machine Reliability Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for managing our preventative and predictive maintenance programs to maximize the availability and reliability of our mill's assets while producing products in the most cost-effective manner.
Responsibilities:- Work closely with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to identify root causes and design solutions that prevent equipment failures
- Develop and implement cost-effective solutions to improve reliability and reduce downtime
- Manage lubrication and vibration monitoring programs for paper machine and converting assets
- Conduct regular inspections and testing to monitor equipment condition and implement preventive/predictive maintenance techniques
- Support equipment installation and start-up activities, and provide leadership in developing a comprehensive database within SAP (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in technical and industrial manufacturing/reliability engineering assignments
- Working knowledge of preventative maintenance and reliability improvement programs, including root cause failure analysis
- Ability to read and understand machine drawings and/or schematic diagrams
The estimated salary range for this role is $72,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including customizable benefits programs, a performance-based bonus program, and tuition reimbursement and assistance.
