Job Description:

As a seasoned Machine Learning Engineer and Analytics Specialist at EXL Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through the development and implementation of cutting-edge machine learning models and algorithms.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement sophisticated machine learning pipelines for model deployment and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to translate business requirements into technical AI/ML solutions that drive real-world impact.
  • Optimize and fine-tune machine learning algorithms for performance, accuracy, and efficiency, leveraging industry trends and best practices.
  • Implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry developments, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in machine learning capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-10 years of experience in Machine Learning and AI-related model development, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and proficiency in machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
  • Knowledge of data processing tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) and data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn), with experience working with cloud-based services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software development principles, with a strong foundation in computer science and mathematics.
  • Experience with deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), or computer vision is highly desirable, as is knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with deployment tools and frameworks (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is also a plus.
