Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at I & I ENTERPRISES INC.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of staff, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including cooks, food service counter attendants, and kitchen and food service helpers.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that they are aware of the establishment's culinary genres.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Ensure that all staff are aware of and adhere to security and safety protocols, including criminal record checks and valid driver's licenses.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and be able to stand for extended periods and walk as needed.
- Develop and maintain a positive and client-focused work environment, with excellent oral communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment, or equivalent experience.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
- Criminal record check.
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude is essential.
