Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 41 Park Avenue East Holdings Inc. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are trained and equipped to provide excellent service.
- Train Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to our staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Ensure Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality standards, and that our customers receive exceptional service.
- Prepare Budgets and Reports: Prepare and submit budgets and reports to management, ensuring that our financial performance is on track.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, ensuring that our customers receive a positive experience.
- Maintain Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that our operations are efficient and effective.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Language: English.
Our food service department operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
