Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing prompt and courteous service to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong organizational and time management skills.
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, with standing for extended periods and bending, crouching, kneeling.
