Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc. O/A Tim Hortons. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff to ensure timely and accurate service
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory
- Hire and train food service staff to meet the needs of our customers
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards to maintain customer satisfaction
- Prepare and submit reports to management on sales, inventory, and customer feedback
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a food service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and walk
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be working in a team to provide excellent customer service and quality food. You will be required to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds.
