Job Title: Seasonal Roller Operator

Border Paving Ltd. is committed to providing a safe and rewarding work environment for our employees. We are seeking a skilled Seasonal Roller Operator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating various sizes and weights of roller compactors to compact soil, gravel, or hot and cold mix asphalt in urban and rural settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate roller compactors efficiently to achieve high-quality compaction results.
  • Learn and follow proper pass procedures with a trainer.
  • Assist with labor tasks as needed, including hand and small power compactors.
  • Work safely and follow all safety protocols.
  • Be available to work overtime as required.
  • Meet all safety requirements and applicable safety policies.
  • Hold a valid driver's license.
