Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roller Compactor Operator to join our team at Border Paving Ltd. as a Seasonal Roller Operator.

About the Role: As a Roller Compactor Operator, you will be responsible for operating various sizes and weights of roller compactors to compact soil, gravel, or hot and cold mix asphalt in urban and rural settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate roller compactors efficiently to achieve high-quality compaction results.
  • Learn and follow proper pass procedures with our experienced trainers.
  • Assist with labor tasks as needed, including operating hand and small power compactors in situations where larger equipment cannot be used.
  • Adhere to our strict safe work practices and policies to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Work overtime as required to meet project deadlines.
  • Meet all safety requirements and applicable safety policies.
  • Hold a valid driver's license.
