**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roller Compactor Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating various sizes and types of roller compactors to compact soil, gravel, and hot and cold mix asphalt in urban and rural settings.


**Key Responsibilities**

  • Operate roller compactors efficiently and safely to achieve high-quality compaction results.
  • Learn and implement proper pass procedures to ensure optimal compaction and minimize waste.
  • Assist with labor tasks as needed, including operating hand and small power compactors in situations where larger equipment is not feasible.
  • Adhere to our company's safe work practices and policies at all times.
  • Work overtime as required to meet project deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet all safety requirements and applicable safety policies, including maintaining a valid driver's license.
