Job Summary

We are seeking a Seasonal Labourer to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting coworkers with manual labour tasks, operating heavy equipment, and performing other duties as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist coworkers with manual labour tasks, including loading and unloading materials, hand digging, levelling, and grading with hand tools.
  • Operate heavy equipment, such as rollers and skid steers, under the supervision of experienced operators.
  • Operate small hand, power, and air tools, as required.
  • Perform manual labour tasks in all weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and precipitation.
  • Work overtime as required, including evenings and weekends.
  • Adhere to our safe work practices and procedures at all times.
  • Perform other duties as required, including tasks outside of your primary role.
  • Hold a valid driver's license, as required for certain tasks and equipment.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labour tasks in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment and small tools, as required.
  • Valid driver's license, as required.
