Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Hotel Night Auditor to join our team at Sparkling Hill Resort. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and maintaining the security of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Transactions: Verify and reconcile all financial transactions, including cash, credit card, and room charges.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure the security of the hotel and its assets, including cash handling and key control.
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with hotel staff, management, and guests.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality industry is an asset.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions

The Night Auditor will work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure to meet deadlines. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
