Job Title: Hotel Night Auditor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Hotel Night Auditor to join our team at Sparkling Hill Resort. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of hotel transactions, investigating complaints, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transaction Accuracy: Verify and balance hotel transactions, including guest charges and payments, to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Complaint Resolution: Investigate and resolve guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Cash Handling: Balance cash and complete cash reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Emergency Procedures: Follow emergency and safety procedures, including responding to guest emergencies and ensuring the safety of our guests and staff.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, work under pressure, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, and resourcefulness.
Work Environment:

As a Night Auditor, you will work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure, to ensure the accuracy of hotel transactions and provide exceptional customer service. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a dynamic environment.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Term:

This is a permanent position.Hours:
