Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment and a proven track record of leadership and teamwork. You will be responsible for:
- Establishing work schedules and ensuring efficient operation of the food service area
- Supervising and coordinating activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimating ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
You will also be expected to:
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
