- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on headhunting and client-facing roles.
- Proven experience in technology recruitment and sales is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients alike.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
