Job Description – LOCATION MANAGER

We're seeking a skilled Location Manager to join our Yorkville Village team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating a supportive environment that aligns with our brand values and focuses on delivering high-quality client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate front desk operations
- Manage day-to-day activities, tracking, and reporting
- Oversee staffing and scheduling controls
- Achieve weekly and monthly goals set by your Franchise Partner
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle client issues
- Foster a positive employee experience for your team
- Manage inventory and merchandise
- Conduct weekly report review meetings with upper management
- Hold weekly one-on-one meetings with team members
- Lead team meetings

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership qualities and a passion for the beauty industry
- Highly motivated and solution-focused
- Ability to drive sales and meet targets
- Motivate your team to perform at a high standard
- Effective delegation and self-motivation skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work evenings and weekends

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00 per year
Additional Pay: Bonus pay

Flexible Language Requirement: French not required
Schedule: 8 hour shift, evening shift, Monday to Friday, on call, overtime, weekends as needed
Ability to Commute/Relocate: Toronto, ON M5R 3L2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
Education: Secondary School (preferred)
Experience: Sales: 2 years (required), Customer service: 2 years (required), Management: 2 years (required)
Language: English (preferred)
