About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Gate of India Cochrane Inc. As a Kitchen Helper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, providing exceptional service to our customers, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in food preparation, cooking, and presentation
  • Operate dishwashers, wash dishes, and maintain a clean kitchen environment
  • Stock refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas with food and supplies
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in a timely and efficient manner
  • Participate in cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms
  • Assist with serving customers, taking orders, and handling cash and credit transactions
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude
