We are seeking a reliable and efficient Kitchen Helper to join our team at SHREEJI COCHRANE INC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a high level of hygiene and safety.
  • Operate dishwashers and washing machines to ensure dishes, glassware, and flatware are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
  • Prepare and store food and supplies in refrigerators, freezers, and cupboards, adhering to food safety guidelines.
  • Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors.
  • Receive and store supplies, and remove kitchen garbage and trash.
Work Environment:

The Kitchen Helper will work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and working under pressure. The role requires standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and reliability.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities.
Working Conditions:

The Kitchen Helper will work 40 hours per week, with overtime required as needed. The role is a permanent position, and the successful candidate will be required to work in a physically demanding environment.
