Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sales to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue growth targets
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and support to ensure their success
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
- Identify new market and product opportunities, and develop strategies to capitalize on them
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with the organization's vision
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong background in B2B sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
