Position Summary

The Training & Engagement Coordinator is an in-scope middle management position reporting to the Executive Regional Director or designate.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
* Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop solutions
* Supervise and monitor training programs to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
* Analyze data to inform training program development and improvement

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field
* 2+ years of experience in training and development
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
