Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers who operate processing machines and fabricate, assemble, finish, or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products.
- Provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Equipment and Machine Setup
- Set up equipment and machines to ensure efficient production processes.
- Personnel Management
- Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions.
- Reporting and Administration
- Prepare production and other reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Training and Development
- Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Materials and Supplies
- Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Language
- Fluent in English.
- Work Schedule
- 35 hours per week.
This is a permanent position with a regular full-time schedule. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brush making and manufacturing, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
