Job Title: Electrical Foreman/Woman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Foreman/Woman to join our team at Construction & More Corp.

Job Summary:

The Electrical Foreman/Woman will be responsible for overseeing the electrical aspects of our construction projects, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule electrical work, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train electrical workers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to complete their tasks.
  • Quality Control: Inspect electrical work to ensure that it meets our high standards, identifying and addressing any defects or issues.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure that electrical work is completed to their specifications and requirements.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all electrical work is carried out in a safe and healthy environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in electrical construction or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and ability to distinguish between colours.

  • Reliability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve project goals.
Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.

Work Schedule:

37.5 hours per week, permanent position.
